1. Who We Are

TickrPro is a Shopify application developed and operated by AC5 Labs, based in the United States. We can be reached at [email protected].

2. What Information We Collect

When you install and use TickrPro, we collect and store the following information:

• Shop domain — tickrpro.myshopify.com, used to identify your account and deliver the correct configuration to your storefront.
• Merchant email address — the email associated with your Shopify account, used to send transactional communications such as subscription confirmations, plan changes, and support responses.
• Ticker symbol configuration — the list of financial symbols (stocks, indices, crypto, etc.) you choose to display on your ticker, along with any custom display names you set.
• Subscription plan — your current plan (Free, Pro, or Pro Advanced), synced from Shopify's billing system to enforce feature limits.

We do not collect your name, email address, payment information, or any personally identifiable information beyond your shop domain.

3. What We Do Not Collect

TickrPro does not collect, access, or store:

• Any data about your storefront visitors or customers
• Customer names, emails, addresses, or purchase history
• Browsing behavior, analytics, or tracking data
• Payment card or financial information (billing is handled entirely by Shopify)
• Passwords or authentication credentials

4. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used solely to operate and deliver the TickrPro service:

• To display the correct ticker symbols on your storefront
• To enforce the features and limits of your subscription plan
• To provide customer support when you contact us

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than operating TickrPro.

5. Third-Party Services

TickrPro uses the following third-party services to deliver market data:

• Finnhub — provides real-time and delayed stock price data and company logos. Your shop domain is not shared with Finnhub. See Finnhub's Privacy Policy.
• Alpha Vantage — used to deliver real-time market data for Pro Advanced subscribers. Your shop domain is not shared with Alpha Vantage. See Alpha Vantage's Privacy Policy.
• Yahoo Finance — used as a fallback data source for market prices. Your shop domain is not shared with Yahoo Finance.
• Shopify — billing, authentication, and app installation are handled by Shopify's platform. See Shopify's Privacy Policy.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your configuration data is stored on a dedicated server hosted in a professional, enterprise-grade data center in the United States, operated by OVH — one of the world's largest cloud infrastructure providers. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS).

We retain your data for as long as your TickrPro account is active. If you uninstall TickrPro, you may request deletion of your data by contacting [email protected].

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your data with any third parties for commercial purposes. Your data is never used for advertising or sold to data brokers.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

TickrPro is a business-to-business application intended for Shopify merchants. We do not knowingly collect any information from individuals under the age of 18.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of TickrPro after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
